VARA3D's staff leads out in assisting Solar Design and Installation companies evaluate existing conditions for Green Solar Energy Efficient Projects. VARA has mapped hundreds of parking garages in 2D and 3D, allowing designers to understand the location for the design, as well as surrounding structures and trees which will impact shadow analysis and solar panel efficiency projections. Most projects only require capturing the top deck of the parking structure and 3D modeling that portion relative to the surrounding elements.
