VARA3D's utilized LiDAR and high-definition panoramic photos to create detailed facilities and maintenance plans, significantly reducing field time for facilities management and engineering. VARA's micro-station deliverables were both high-quality and affordable. VARA3D did exterior survey points for relational accuracy and integrated the scan with the topographic survey by referencing fixed points at stairs and doors. This method helps ensure that the scanned data aligns correctly with the topographic information.

The company is seeking approval to have VARA's team scan the site during construction for as-built documentation of the site, knowing that the 1/8 of an inch accuracy of the scan data will be more accurate than the standard redline drawings provided at the end of a construction project.
