Who is VARA3D Inc.?

We, at VARA3D , have already established an excellent reputation for delivering quality products with exceptional client service. Since we started our operation, we have completed more than five hundred (500) projects per year with satisfied residential, commercial, and solar clients. Our team has over 200 years of combined scanning and land surveying experiences.

What services does VARA3D Inc. offers?

VARA3D offers the following services: construction staking for fencing, landscaping and other projects, full boundary survey, boundary survey with lot line adjustment, boundary survey with subdivision, Topographic Survey, LiDAR Scanning, elevation and flood certificate, 3D Modeling, As-built floorplans, elevations roof plans, etc.

Where is VARA3D Inc. located?

We are located at 5693 SOUTH 675 EAST MURRAY, UTAH 84107 and open to any project opportunities in Utah and other states. Outside of Utah we offer surveys for solar, water treatment, 3D As-builts and As-built floor plans and elevation certificate, etc.

How do I establish where to construct a fence or other property?

In addition to Boundary Surveys and traditional and 3D surveys, we offer property surveys for the purposes of constructing fences, sheds, garages, retaining walls, driveways and other landscaping projects that can be done within your property line using our proprietary process. What is a Boundary Survey?

A boundary survey is a government-recorded document that establishes or re-establishes property boundary lines. We follow state code. 10-9a-103 to help you know where your property line exists.

What is a Subdivision Survey?

A Subdivision Survey is the process that is used to subdivide a property into two or more different parcels.

What is Topographic Survey?

A Topographic Survey is a recording of coordinates and height or elevation data for a particular survey area. This data can be used to create spot elevation maps, contour maps, or more complex terrain models of the surveyed area.

What is Lot Line Adjustment?

A lot line adjustment is the process that is used to change property lines of existing parcels.

We are open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
